The Lord Jesus came to offer us abundant life. What does abundant life look like for you? For many of us, navigating the daily challenges in a broken and sin-infested world often feels far removed from the abundant life we envision. Many struggle just to get through each day, grappling with past hurts and self-inflicted pain or the pain caused by others. Some resort to coping mechanisms like alcohol, unhealthy relationships, pride, people pleasing or pornography to temporarily alleviate the pain. However, deep down, we recognize that these coping mechanisms provide only fleeting relief. True and lasting healing, as promised by Christ, is the key to bringing about permanent change in our lives.

In Deep Dive Discipleship (3D), we embark on a year-long journey through a program called re:generation. We firmly believe that 3D serves as a transformative tool, one that God can use to bring about change, just as He has done for thousands who found healing and freedom through this material. It’s essential to understand that it’s not the material itself that changes people, but rather the work of the Holy Spirit through God’s Word found in Scripture and the supportive community of God’s people.
